Maxine Bichler is a senior consultant and methodology lead at Löning.

In her role, Maxine ensures that the firm’s services reflect the latest developments in the sustainability field and remain aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. Her work includes developing and refining methodologies across a broad range of offerings, from human rights risk analysis to CSRD-aligned double materiality assessments.

Drawing on her expertise in qualitative analysis and risk assessments, Maxine supports clients in developing and implementing human rights due diligence across their value chains, designing tailored and robust approaches that respond to both regulatory expectations and practical business needs. Building on her experience, she has also contributed to the design of a new service focused on sustainability strategy alignment, helping organisations translate regulatory and sustainability requirements into coherent, actionable strategies.

Maxine holds an MSc in Human Rights and is fluent in Luxembourgish, English, and French. She is also conversant in German.
