Theresa Quiachon

Theresa Quiachon is an expert in strategic consulting, stakeholder engagement, and qualitative research. Her work as a senior consultant at Löning – Human Rights & Responsible Business for corporate clients and NGOs includes the assessment of human rights risks and the set-up of corresponding due diligence processes, including the development of policies, sector-specific measures and capacity building.

In the past 15 years, she has trained over 500 people across seniority levels on business and human rights topics. She has also delivered function-specific content, for example to build capacity among procurement, human resources and corporate social responsibility teams in understanding their impact on human rights. Some of the organisations she has delivered training to are DER Touristik, Futouris, Arcadis, Lidl, Birkenstock, Oerlikon, Tonies, Melitta, Media Markt, Tchibo, Rewe, the Responsible Mica Initiative, UNDP Germany and WWF.

Theresa holds a M.A. in Social and Cultural Anthropology from the Freie Universität Berlin.
